When you visit the App or send email to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically by email, by text message or by our posting notices on the App. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Subscriptions are monthly unless a different subscription period is communicated to you during the sign-up process (each monthly or other subscription period, a “Subscription Cycle Period”). Because there are different numbers of days in a month, a monthly Subscription Cycle Period may be 28, 29, 30 or 31 days.
Subscription Packages/Tiered Pricing; Redemptions
When you sign up for an INWEGO subscription, you may have the option to select from among a group of different packages of services with tiered pricing which may vary by geographic location. Each package will contain a price and a maximum number of events or credits per month which you may redeem. Except as otherwise indicated in the App, each credit will correspond 1 to 1 with a redeemed / attended event.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at any time via the App. Package upgrades will go into effect immediately pending a successful charge to your payment card for the pro rata difference in plan price. Package downgrades will be effective as of your next regular billing cycle date.
Credits will be deducted from the billing cycle allotment on the date you reserve the ticket. For example, if on Thursday you reserve a ticket to an event on Saturday, the credit(s) for that event will be deducted on Thursday when you reserve the ticket. If you release the ticket prior to the start of the event, the credit will be returned to your balance consistent with the cancellation and no-show policy described herein.
You may have only as many active reservations as you have credits available in your balance within the corresponding billing period.
If you want to reserve an event with a start date after your next billing cycle renews, the credit for that event will be deducted from your next month’s balance of credits.
If your renewal charge fails, you will not be able to access your events or credits balance until your payment is successfully processed.
Purchase, Auto-Renewal and Recurring Billing
SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR INWEGO ARE AUTO-RENEWING. WE WILL BILL THE PAYMENT CARD THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US ON YOUR START DATE AND ON A RECURRING BASIS AT THE THEN-CURRENT RATE (WHICH MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME) AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION CYCLE PERIOD UNTIL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED OR TERMINATED. BY SIGNING UP FOR THE SERVICE, YOU AUTHORIZE RECURRING CHARGES TO YOUR PAYMENT CARD. As an example, if your Start Date for your monthly subscription is June 15, we will automatically charge your payment card again on July 15. If your Start Date is on a day that does not recur on a monthly basis (such as March 31) we will bill you on a day that we determine to be appropriate under the circumstances (such as April 30 or May 1). We reserve the right to change our billing schedule, and we will make adjustments to payments as appropriate.
You agree to keep your account and payment information current at all times. To make changes to your payment or account information, go to the Payment Info section of the App, or contact us at help@INWEGO.com
. Please also let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your credit card or login credentials.
Termination/Cancellation; Account Holds; Travel
You may terminate your subscription at any time with three (3) days’ advance notice by selecting Cancel Subscription in the App or contacting us at help@INWEGO.com
We may offer, in lieu of cancellation, the option of placing your subscription on hold for a reduced rate per Subscription Cycle Period. Please provide your request to us by selecting Pause Subscription in the App or contacting us at help@INWEGO.com
at least three days before your next Subscription Cycle Period. Your hold will be effective at the end of the then-current subscription period, and your hold subscription will auto-renew each month at the on-hold reduced rate offered. When your account is on hold, you will not be able to attend events. We reserve the right to charge a re-activation fee should you wish to re-activate your account to full active membership. You may cancel an on-hold subscription at any time with three days’ notice.
Your subscription allows you to attend events inside your home geography. If you move away from your identified home geography, contact us at help@INWEGO.com
and we will change it for you. Please note your Subscription price is subject to change when you change your home geography, as prices vary by city/region.
Promotional Offers; INWEGO Credit
From time to time we may offer free trials to, or introductory pricing for, subscriptions. These offers are non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash and void where prohibited. These offers are available to you only if you have not previously been an INWEGO subscriber. If you respond to a free trial or introductory pricing offer but do not qualify, we reserve the right to reject your order. Unless you cancel your trial or offer by 11:59pm Eastern three days before it ends, your free trial or introductory pricing period will automatically convert to full membership, and you will be charged the regular membership rate, beginning on the next calendar day after your free trial or introductory pricing period ends. If you decline to convert to full membership, you will not be able to attend an event after the trial period ends, even if the event was booked during the offer period.
From time to time we may offer to you credits on a promotional basis (“INWEGO Credits”) to our users. INWEGO Credits may be used only in the INWEGO system. INWEGO Credits are nontransferable, nonrefundable, have no cash value and void where prohibited. INWEGO Credits may be offered with certain expiration dates and validity periods and under certain conditions and circumstances, all of which will vary based on the specific INWEGO Credit offer. We may also offer from time to time free, or zero (0) credit, events; however there is no guarantee they will be available in any given month.
When you become an INWEGO subscriber you will be enrolled automatically in GoRewards, INWEGO’s rewards program. As an INWEGO subscriber you are eligible to earn GoRewards points as a result of your enrollment, subscription renewal and/or use of the App. You may earn and use GoRewards points in a variety of ways, the details of which will be presented to you and described in-App. You are able to check your GoRewards balance and earning/spending history in-App at any time. GoRewards may only be used in the INWEGO system. GoRewards points are nontransferable, nonrefundable, have no value outside of the INWEGO system and are void where prohibited. GoRewards points do not expire as long as you continue to be an INWEGO subscriber. When you pause your INWEGO account, your GoRewards points balance will also be paused. If you choose to cancel your INWEGO subscription, any remaining balance of GoRewards points will expire on the last day of your subscription. If your subscription is terminated for any reason, any remaining balance of GoRewards points will expire on the date of termination.
How It Works
When you purchase an INWEGO subscription, you will have access to a list of events that you will be able to select for attendance. The number of events you may attend during your Subscription Cycle Period is based on your subscription package as described in more detail above. When you arrive at an event and check in to the event in the App, you will be issued a confirmation in the form of an in-App notification. You must be at the event venue with your mobile device in order to check in. Upon checking in, you will also receive your in-App ticket, which may include, if applicable for the venue and/or event, a bar code or seat location. Use the in-App ticket to gain entry into the event. Please note that no-show and cancellation fees apply.
Admission to Events; No-Shows and Cancellations; Inclement Weather
Your subscription allows you admission to events. For some events, you will be assigned a seat location. For other events, such as general admission events, you will receive only admission to the event.
Subscription purchases may be subject to additional terms applicable to your particular event that may be set by the organization issuing the ticket. These additional terms can be found in the ticket terms and conditions provided by the organization issuing the ticket.
If you register for an event but do not attend or cancel your registration for the event, the following schedule of fees applies to both Subscription tickets and guest passes:
Free Cancellation Window: If you cancel more than 24 hours before an event, we will waive the cancellation fee for the first 3 ticket cancellations per Subscription Cycle Period. All 24-hour+ cancellations beyond the first 3 tickets per Subscription Cycle Period will incur a $5 per ticket cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation Window: If you cancel during the window of 24 to 2 hours before an event, the cancellation fee is $10 per ticket; INWEGO will, however, add a credit to your balance.
No Show Window: If you cancel less than 2 hours prior to an event, the fee is a “no-show” fee of $20 per ticket; INWEGO will, however, add a credit to your balance.
You expressly agree to pay, and authorize us to charge, no-show and cancellation fees to your account.
In the event of inclement weather, you are responsible for cancellation, no-show and guest ticket fees unless an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer or venue, in which case any no-show fees and/or guest pass fees charged to you will be refunded.
Payment Methods; Pricing; Currency
Unless otherwise provided, changes in subscription price will be effective as of your next Subscription Cycle Period following the posting and/or communication of revised prices. Prices for subscriptions are denominated, and shall be paid for, in the currency shown on the App.
GoRewards points may be available from time to time to purchase certain goods and services through the App. When GoRewards points are available to be used, you will be presented the option to use your GoRewards points to effect the transaction. The number of points required for a particular good or service may vary depending on the particular venue, partner, location or event.
We do not guarantee the availability of particular venues, partners, locations, events or other inventory, and availability may change from time to time, even during a Subscription Cycle Period. Event type, quantity, allocation and availability of venues, partners and events are limited and determined by us in our sole discretion. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, we may be able to offer only a limited number of tickets per event, and tickets for popular events may not be available.
Depending on the event, you may be able to purchase one or more guest passes to the event, the availability and number of which varies per event. If applicable for the event, the price and the number of guest passes available for purchase will be displayed when you select to purchase a guest pass. Guest passes are charged separately from your INWEGO Subscription; you will be charged for any purchased guest passes upon check-in for the event. You expressly agree to pay, and authorize us to charge, guest pass fees to your account. Guest passes are subject to the same cancellation and no show fees as the ticket that is included in your Subscription.
When you purchase an INWEGO subscription, we will charge your payment method for the applicable amount each Subscription Cycle Period that your subscription is active. If you need confirmation of a transaction, please email us at help@INWEGO.com
If you do not receive confirmation of your INWEGO subscription or your registration for an event, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with our Customer Service Department via email at help@INWEGO.com
whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Southern Experience will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation or if you assume an order was placed but you failed to receive confirmation.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after your payment information has been verified and authenticated. If you submit incorrect payment information, that may delay or prevent processing and confirmation of your INWEGO subscription purchase.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
Venues and event promoters reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with venue or event promoter rules. Breach of rules will terminate your license to attend the event or sit in a seat, and you will not be eligible to receive a refund. A ticket or INWEGO Pass issued to an INWEGO subscriber is a revocable license and admission to an event may be refused.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor(s) to Southern Experience to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) in any medium or context, including for promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to any event you attend as an INWEGO Pass-holder. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise from such searches. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain venue rules, which may change from time to time, certain items may not be brought into the venue, including without limitation, food or beverages of any kind, purses or handbags, backpacks, illegal drugs or other controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.
User shall use the App for lawful purposes only. User shall not post or transmit through the App any material which: (i) violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others; (ii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable in the opinion of Southern Experience in its sole discretion; (iii) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law; (iv) is damaging to devices or computer systems or data of Southern Experience or users of the App; (vi) infringes a copyright or trademark or (vi) contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services, unless Southern Experience shall have expressly approved such material in advance of its transmission. Any conduct by a User that in our discretion restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying the App and its services is expressly prohibited.
INWEGO is for your personal use, and the tickets you obtain through your subscription are not for resale or commercial use to the fullest extent permitted by law. You shall not (i) impersonate another person or access another user’s account; (ii) share your INWEGO credentials with any third party or encourage any other user to do so; or (iii) permit anyone to attend any events booked under your membership, including other members. You may have no more than one unique INWEGO account per mobile device.
User-Generated Content; Copyright Policy
All content included on the App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Southern Experience or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws and may be reused, distributed, publicly performed and transmitted, in the sole discretion of Southern Experience, on social media with respect to applicable hashtags and otherwise. The compilation of all content on the App is the exclusive property of Southern Experience and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. All software used on the App is the property of Southern Experience or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Your submission constitutes a warranty and indemnity that you have sufficient license and/or other rights in the content to allow all desired use by Southern Experience.
You are responsible for any Submission you provide and for any consequences arising therefrom. Southern Experience shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse by any third party of a Submission, including any personally identifiable information provided in a Submission.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to: (a) review Submissions before allowing them to be posted on the App; (b) to monitor, filter, edit or remove Submissions; and (c) post or not post Submissions provided to us.

App Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
While Southern Experience believes and intends that its information security practices reflect good practice, there is no such thing as perfect information security. As such, you assume the risk of security breaches and all consequences resulting from them. You must safeguard your login credentials and not share them with any other person.
THE APP IS ADMINISTERED FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCESS AND USE THE APP FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, YOU CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE TO THE UNITED STATES.
THE APP IS PROVIDED BY SOUTHERN EXPERIENCE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. SOUTHERN EXPERIENCE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE, TIMELINESS, CURRENCY, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APP. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOUTHERN EXPERIENCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Venue and Event Limitation of Liability
Events Involving Alcohol
Only individuals who present to merchant or concession personnel valid identification showing that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age may receive alcoholic beverages. Possession of a “Pass” (or something similar) for an alcoholic beverage may not be relied upon for age verification. The merchants and concession personnel providing the alcoholic beverages are solely responsible for all sales and/or delivery of alcohol or any alcohol-related merchandise, including the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SOUTHERN EXPERIENCE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM THE SALE, DELIVERY OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL AND ALCOHOL-RELATED GOODS AND SERVICES.
